William is a partner at Preston Redman who deals with a broad variety of property related matters. William qualified as a Solicitor in September 2015 and became a partner in June 2022.
William graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2010 with a 2:1 in History. He completed the Graduate Diploma in Law then studied the Legal Practice Course at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice and was awarded a distinction.
William undertakes a broad range of non-contentious property work of varying complexity, including advising companies, partnerships and individuals on commercial landlord and tenant matters; commercial financing and security arrangements; the sale and purchase of commercial, development and residential property; commercial and residential investments; landed estates; and dealings with unregistered land.
