Mark Hensleigh
Mark is one the Partners in the litigation team at Preston Redman. He qualified as a solicitor in 1988 and joined the firm in 1989 and has been a Partner since 1995.
Mark is a member of Resolution, a network of family lawyers who uses non-confrontational dispute resolution methods to reduce unnecessary conflict in relation to all issues arising as a result of a breakdown of a relationship be they in relation to money, property, or issues in respect of children.
Mark also practises criminal law and is a member of both Bournemouth and Poole Criminal Duty Solicitor Schemes.
Mark does the majority of his advocacy in relation to either Family matters or Crime and therefore regularly appears in Court.
Outside of work, Mark is a keen tennis player, playing Tennis at West Hants and has represented the club. He is also very keen on cooking and that means he can always serve up a great meal.
